Captain Crunch Casserole Recipe

Forget everything you know about sweet potato casserole. I know that you are going to say that the gooey marshmallows on top is the best thing about it but I am about to change your mind!

The casserole base is the same as your normal sweet potato casserole but the topping is what really makes it.

Bits of sweet cereal mixed with light brown sugar and melted butter make a crunchy topping that is the perfect compliment to the creamy casserole underneath.

Give it a try and I promise you won’t miss the marshmallows!

Serve it any time of the year or during the holidays along with my pineapple casserole, onion casserole, mashed potato casserole, and this twice baked potato casserole.
