Drain excess. Pour in the pasta sauce and stir to combine.
Line a 9x13 pan with garlic bread.
Pour the ground beef mixture over the garlic bread.
Top with shredded cheese.

Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
- To make cleaning up easy, line the bottom of a baking dish with aluminum foil before you place bread into the pan.
- Try making this dish in a large dutch oven for extra crispy edges and melty cheese - this is a popular choice for making different types of bread.
- Not a big fan of garlic bread? Try using balls of pizza dough! Each ball of dough can be cooked ahead of time and then used to line the pan in the same way you would with the garlic bread.
- One popular variation on this recipe is using meatballs instead of ground beef, and making a meatball sub casserole, rather than serving it sloppy joes style.
