This french fry casserole is full of hearty ground beef and all the toppings of a cheeseburger. Complete with the side of fries!

Ingredients

frozen crinkle cut french fries

lean ground beef

steak seasoning

10.5 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
1
10.5 ounce can cream of onion soup

cups
shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F. Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef along with the steak seasoning, over medium heat until no longer pink.
Drain excess liquid if desired.
Add the condensed soups and stir to combine.
Remove from heat and spread the ground beef mixture in the prepared pan.
Layer the shredded cheese over the ground beef mixture.
Top with frozen french fries.
Bake in the oven 30-40 minutes or until the fries are golden brown and crispy and the meat mixture is bubbly.
Remove and garnish with hamburger toppings like shredded lettuce, diced pickles, diced onions, more cheese, or ketchup and mustard:)
Notes
Top with crispy bacon, cheese, and sliced green onions.
When reheating this recipe after freezing it, make sure to cover the casserole with some aluminum foil so that your fries don’t cook too quickly.
Switch up the flavors and use taco meat and Mexican cheese. Top with nacho cheese sauce and pico de gallo.
