Preheat oven to 425F.
In a large skillet over medium high heat, add the butter and ground beef.
Cook until beef is almost done. Stir in the onions, bell pepper, and mushrooms.
Cook until the onions and peppers are softened.
Stir in the beef broth and gravy packet.
Pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish.
Top with cheese.
Layer the top with tater tots.
Bake at 42F for 30 minutes or until bubbly, the cheese is melted, and the tater tots are crispy and golden brown.
Remove from the oven.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and enjoy.
