Bell Pepper Casserole

This stuffed bell pepper casserole is an easy recipe to make when you want a healthy dinner with delicious flavors.

With the classic flavors of regular stuffed peppers transformed into a casserole version, this easy dinner is perfect for when you don’t have a ton of time to  cook.

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350F°. In a large skillet or dutch oven, cook ground beef, onions, and bell peppers over medium-high heat to until beef is cooked thoroughly and veggies soften.

Step 2

Add garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir with wooden spoon, cooking for 2-3 minutes.

Step 3

Add in tomatoes, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and broth. Bring to a boil. Stir in uncooked rice.

Step 4

Cover dutch oven or transfer vegetable and meat mixture into casserole dish or large pan. Cover baking dish with aluminum foil.
