Beef Burrito Casserole Recipe

This Frozen Burrito Casserole is a delicious meal that will keep you out of the kitchen on a busy night so you can spend more time with your family.

Burritos are a delicious and portable meal. I don’t like spending the time to make them. Enter the frozen burrito! The microwave is the best way to heat them up, you can cook them in the oven.

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375F. Spray a 9×13 inch casserole dish with nonstick spray. Unwrap and place burritos in the dish, in a single layer, seam side down.

Step 2

Combine the enchilada sauce, salsa, and green chilies. Spread over top of the burritos.

Step 3

Cover, place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover, top with cheese, and bake another 10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165F and cheese is melted. 

Step 4

Serve this frozen burrito casserole with favorite toppings like sliced black olives, sour cream, diced tomatoes, and shredded lettuce.
