Step 1

In a large skillet, brown ground beef and onion over medium-high heat until the onion is soft and the ground beef is no longer pink.

Step 2

To the cooked ground beef, add the beans, corn, bbq sauce, mustard, brown sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cumin. Stir to combine and top with shredded cheese and bacon.

Step 3

In a medium or large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Add in the corn bread mix and stir until incorporated.
