Preheat oven to 350 F and prepare a 9×13 casserole/baking dish with nonstick spray. Cut biscuits into quarters or large biscuit pieces) and place in a single layer in the baking dish.
Cook the sausage in a large skillet and remove to paper towels to drain after it is no longer pink and cooked throughout. Sprinkle 1 cup of the cooked sausage over the quartered biscuits.
